Library Completely Wiped

Recently, my entire Sims 4 Library was suddenly wiped. All of my saved households and lots are gone, which is literally 5 years worth of builds and Sims that I know for a fact I did not delete manually. There were way too many for this to be accidental. This happened very randomly: I opened the game like normal and my Library was just… empty. Is there some way to recover it? (PS: the two households in my library in the picture were saved by me after it was wiped so please ignore them)

As for why this happened now (recently), it's possible that your system drive is running out of space, and either a Sims 4 update or another download dropped the free space below the threshold for OneDrive to start pushing data to cloud storage.  This could have been a temporary change, for example the EA App can budget 10-20 GB extra space for Sims 4 updates before relinquishing it once the update is done.  That's only one possibility, but it's a relatively common occurrence.
