After upgrading to Windows 11, my cursor is huge

I upgraded to Windows 11 yesterday and when I opened the game today, the cursor was huge. Just the cursor, everything else was fine. I tried to google for answers and it suggested switching from fullscreen to windowed full screen. Big mistake! The whole screen went tiny and I had to change the resolution back manually because it was almost unreadable.

Is there a way to adjust just the size of the mouse please? I'm not very technical, so please explain it slowly! 🙂 I saw another post which said EA/Sims doesn't support Windows 11, is that still right? Is there an ETA on that? Windows 11 has been out for a while now.

I've struggled with Origin sizing for ages (I think it's 4k issues?) and now it's the game too. I don't have any crazy custom builds or anything - just a decent laptop I bought a year or two ago. Seems weird that it's not supported?

    @CrazyMcGee542

    The game works fine in Windows 11 there are nothing it needs to support.

    For your cursor. In the search bar type "Mouse Settings" without "". Click Open. Click Pointer size and color. Adjust the size of the pointer to your liking.

    Regarding Windowed mode. Here you inherit the resolution that Windows run at. Since you use a 4K resolution the game will appear very small.

    @CrazyMcGee542 Windows 11 has scaling issues with TS4. My windows desktop is 4K, while the game is 1080p, and with my normal scaling settings, I get the huge cursor like you.

    There are two options I use. Set scaling to 100% before starting the game, or change to plain windowed mode (NOT fullscreen windowed) and then back to fullscreen.
