Re: What do I do

Sims 4 crashes on launch and takes me back to the EA app. I deleted it and redownloaded it multiple times and it didn't work. Asked EA help and none of their suggestions and articles worked. After deleting the EA app and TS4 my TS4 file looks weird. I think it's because of the update.
