Alien in labor at hospital not giving birth

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an alien woman get pregnant and give birth at the hospital
What happens when the bug occurs? Alien woman has been laboring at the hospital since 7ish am and still going at 6:30 pm. The game has informed me that she is in labor and whether I wanted to join her at the hospital three times, once at home and twice at the hospital.
What do you expect to see? I expect the woman to give birth.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated the game to the latest version: PC 1.49.65.1020 I have had two births from two saved sim games. One pregnancy happened after the update and the birth of the twins occurred at the hospital normally. However, this saved game the alien sim was pregnant before the update and went into labor after the update. We are at the hospital, all of the workers have left and she is still in labor.
Alien sim is in labor at the hospital and not giving birth. She has been laboring all day and all of the workers at the hospital have left.
