Enchanted by Nature install issues?

I bought and installed Enchanted by Nature and have not been able to play it as the game doesn't seem to know it has been installed. I have tried

Restarting EA app
Clearing EA app cache
Restarting game, EA app and PC all before trying the game again
Uninstalling and reinstalling the addon
Repairing the game
Removing mods and CC and redoing all of the above

It is driving me mental. When I start the game, it gives me the notification pop up saying things I can do in the new addon, but when I click them, they bring me to the main lessons page because the addon info isn't there in the lessons page. When I go to manage worlds, it says the addon isn't installed and to download it and restart the game to install it.

Has anyone had this and managed to get it resolved? It is breaking my brain.

I just tried to kick something into action by buying and installing a stuff pack. The stuff back content is there and Enchanted by Nature is not. In build mode, Enchanted by Nature in the filters comes up as not having the content.

I'm officially out of ideas.

have you checked if it's activated ?

Thank you so much!!! I was tearing my hair out.

What an utterly ridiculous decision to have new content, that you you just purchased, be deactivated by default. Who makes these decisions?? The mind boggles.

As you can see from the other thread, it's a bug that's getting fixed :D
