So I moved the 'townie' on a lot. And removed her disguise. The alien form appeared!
But shouldn't her Alien form appear in the edit a Sim (the manage world)? I'd check that and now she is an Alien, but her disguised is different?!
[Also I dont use any mods or cc.]
I'm not 100% sure if that would be intended. Could you make a new post in the bug forum?
