All Achievements Deleted

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, City Living, Get to Work, All Game Packs, Stuff Packs: Toddler Stuff, Movie Hangout Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ⚽ Create a new save and earn an achievement in it. 🏈 Go back to an old save. You will have no achievements.
What happens when the bug occurs? All achievements are deleted.
What do you expect to see? Achievements should never be deleted or removed once achieved.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I think this was caused when I created a new save but I'm not sure. I've started new saves before, but never had achievements deleted in old saves. It's the only new/unusual thing I've done recently so I can't think of what else could be the cause. I'm very dissapointed as I had around 3/4 of the achievements unlocked in my older save. It's silly but I put a lot of hours into this save and now it feels like my progress has been erased. 

I have restarted the game and repaired the game on Origin but nothing changed. Are there cheats I can use to restore these achievements?

    Sorry, I didn't mean to put the soccer ball and football in there, I was trying to number the steps ☹️

    @neofightfair Did you close the game completely inbetween loading playing the new one and going back to the old ?

    Does it also happen without mods installed ? Did you save the game in that state ?

    I didn't close the game completely in between loading the two different saves. It's the same even with mods removed. I definitely saved the game a few times with the achievements gone since I didn't notice the problem until I got the "playing for 5 hours achievement".

    @neofightfair Do you have another save that still has achievements ? If so, could you create a backup of that, then start that to see if it still has them and if so, try the same with a new save and test both scenarios with shutting down the game inbetween and not and see if you get the same effect both times ?

    I was able to restore an older version of my save that still had achievements. I tested both scenarios and still had my achievements. I never reinstalled my mods, so perhaps it only happens when I have them installed? That would be surprising since I've had these mods for months and am only just now encountering this problem.

    That Achievements Reset has just happened to me too. I have no mods nor CC neither.

    I think the last patch (stacking windows) has caused it.
