Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hello, recently I have logged back in to my EA account after a while of not playing The Sims 4, and all of my packs that have been paid for are gone. They are not shown in my library as well as in the game. I know that I signed in to the right account because all my saved lives are there, and I only have one EA account. I've followed many videos on how to fix this but they are still not coming back. If possible, I would really like some help.

If you purchased packs through EA, are they listed within your Order History page? Also, does the time played for Sims 4 within your library match what you estimate it to be? If not for both, then you've likely signed in to a different EA account than the one you purchased those packs on.
