I have built three homes/families so far in Sims 4, one home that has taken me over 2 days to do, which was not even finished yet. I come back today, and all...ALL of my homes are gone and my families are in the library. WTF?!?! If this is how its going to be, I want a refund!!!

Gone from your save game,or the gallery or is your save game gone ?
They (houses) are gone from the two towns. They (families) were put into the library. I evicted a person from a lot, removed everything from that lot. Put a new family in the lot and was working on a house for two days, today was going to be the finishing of the home. When got to the town, the old house was back on the lot along with the single person living there. My home was gone and the family in the library.
Are you sure you've loaded the correct save game and this is not a new game you started ?
The only choice of worlds I have are Oasis Springs and Willow Creek. If you can create multiple versions of that, then I'm not sure where those are kept. Unlike the Sims 3, where I could see all the icons for the different created worlds, I only see two when I go to Play mode. If you can create additional games, how do you navigate them?
You click on the load icon in the upper right corner to see all the created save games (Laden = Load)
