Expansion packs aren't showing up in game

Yesterday i bought two packs but even though they were showing up in my EA app as installed and were showing up in my files as being there they weren't showing up in game. i uninstalled and reinstalled the game but that didn't work. I restarted my computer, that also didn't work. I then uninstalled the ea app and reinstalled it as well as uninstalling the game on steam and reinstalling it on EA. i then tried repairing the game and now none of the packs including the ones i have bought in the past are appearing in game. but all are still in my files. throughout the day i have been trying everything i can think of, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, repairing the game periodically, turning off custom content, moving them into different folders and uninstalling and reinstalling the individual packs. they still aren't showing up. does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
