Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 saves/user content disappearing (PC)

I opened up my Sims game like normal (on my account that i've had for 4 years with 756 hours of play time) and the game had completely reset. I looked in my save files and all of them gone, I looked in the bin, I tried renaming files, I tried getting to all my backups but all of them had gone too. I know other people have had the same issue when EA is going through big updates. I normally would never do this but i habe 758 hours of play time on this account. Anyone got any ideas?
