Help!

lashay3​  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  If it copies instead of moving, or you get an error when trying to move it, stop here and let me know.

Otherwise, when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.

If you still have the issue, please list the location of the folder the game is reading, as described here:

You can do this from the Main Menu, so you don't need to get past the error code.

my whole game restarted but it let me launch now, so i can actually play it 

lashay3​  That means the issue is something in your old Sims 4 folder.  Try copying over one save, and if you get that same error, try a different household within that save.  If you have multiple saves, feel free to try however many you want; just keep track of which ones work and which do not.
