all my saved games are gone, and my gallery is empty help

I just got the sims 4 get together.... opened after installing and all of my games are gone, all my family, houses, saved games, even my gallery is empty! plz help, I have already checked the cc button, I have already deleated the autosave in slot one in the saves folder in ea games.... neither of those work... I want my games back =(
