All my saves have gone when I load up SIMS 4
Recently all of my save files seem to have gone from SIMS, they look like they are in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves but when I open SIMS i don't have the ability to load, just start new game ☹️ help that's 2070 hours game play right there ☹️
@alemap It sounds like your saves aren't in the folder Sims 4 is reading. Here's how to find that folder:

Compare that file path with the one for one of your saves. To see that, right-click the save and select Properties > General, then look at the Location.
