Stuck at 85% repair, and game breaks after closing

So I have two issues that are happening simultaneously. 

Currently, I'm trying to repair my game and it keeps getting stuck at 85%. The something went wrong error pops up, and it cycles back to the start of the repair. I've tried the app recovery/restart app multiple times already, and I've even factory reset my laptop. 

It worked for about an hourish yesterday, with Mods, but I noticed that some of the items (DLC items, not CC) weren't showing up properly. They appeared in the catalog with a white and red X box. 

It keeps saying the client Delta build 8/0? error (both, 8 and 0) 

I've tried emptying out my Mods folder, reinstalling both EA and the game, and deleting the clientDB file. Idk what else to do so... Help 🫶
