All my sims have a weird shadow on their face

All my sims get a weird shadow on their faces, starting a little bit after the hairline and ending at the neck. I wish I could put pictures, but it only happens while they're outside and didn't think of taking a pic. Anyways, I do use CC, but I've never run into this issue until now. But if it were CC it would only happen on the sims that have CC on though right? It does to all my sims, even ones with no CC. So I repaired my game, and adjusted some of my settings, and it still happens. Any thing you can think of?
