All my sims with tattoos from Businesses & Hobbies are pitch black

I noticed the adults in my one household are pitch black. I got to another household and it’s the same but only the adults. Go into to CAS remove all my CC and it doesn’t change anything. What they all do have in common is they all have tattoos from the Businesses & Hobbies pack.
