All of my packs are missing from the EA Launcher

Hello, I recently wanted to play the sims again (as I haven't played it properly since it was on origin). When I went to play the game it said it just need to be updated, so I updated it and bellow that was all my packs which I already owned (I'll include screen shots). I only realised that all my game files where missing once I was placing my sims into the world as the only maps that where available where the base game ones. I tried to reinstall my sims4 to see if that helped but now it has gotten rid of any evidence of me ever owning these packs!?

    Hey s3agullb3agull​, 

    Just to confirm, are your packs showing as 'Installed' under Library > The Sims 4 > Manage > Manage Add-ons? Not quite sure what you're referring to with "it has gotten rid of any evidence of me ever owning these packs," so if you can include some pictures to elaborate, that'd be great. 

    If your packs are installed in the EA App but not appearing in-game, please launch the game, then navigate to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection, and check that all your packs are active. If they're showing as 'Deactivated,' select the deactivated packs and click 'Confirm' to reactivate them. 

    If your packs are missing altogether on the EA App, usually that means you've signed in to a different EA account than the one you used to purchase those packs. You'll need to locate the EA account with a populated Order History page and sign in using that account to regain access to your purchased content.
