All of My Sims 4 Content Has Disappeared-I Have Proof of Purchase

I was wondering if ANYONE could help me at this point. I've been trying to get in touch with someone on Live Support for about a month now and I've yet to receive a response. I've tried to get into a chat everyday to every-other-day in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evenings. I've waited, at one point, up to 10 hours with no response. I'm not sure what to do at this point besides to just give up and quit playing TS4 (I'd really hate to do this). I originally had all of my content on my laptop up until the day it died on me; I then moved over my content to my new PC and everything worked great, if not better. After about a month of playing TS4 on my new PC I noticed a few games going missing and I didn't think much of it (I did try to get into contact with customer support, and no answer then either). A week later, I logged into my PC and found ALL of my content was gone, including the original Sims 4. I took a screenshot where Origin said I had no games and proceeded to my profile to ensure my content was still linked to my account. I then found that my purchases were also gone, and I began to panic (slightly). I immediately went onto my bank account and pulled the records of my purchases, took pictures (with a sticky note attached with my email and username) of my physical games and tried to get into contact with Live Support. Now, almost a month later, I've yet to receive a response. Please, someone help me! I'm sooo tired of seeing the image below for hours on end!!
