A patch came out today 12/4/2015 that fixed the issues. The game now runs perfect.
Crashes seem all related to AMD driver DLL.
So there's no drivers that work ? Maybe last before last ?
I can roll back drivers to before that, but this is not the only game I play on my system, and going back more than two drivers renders others, such as Battlefield 4, not sure if it would on Hardline or not. Who do I need to get in contact with to make drivers compatible with this game?

Really don't know too much about AMD cards but I would think there should be more posts if it was a general problem.
Maybe something is interfering ?
Have you tried a clean boot ?
