If you haven't yet, you might check your 3D setting via Nvidia Control Panel. If you have an AMD Graphics, the steps maybe different, but if you have Nvidia - Go into Nvidia Control Panel and turn on/off FXAA. (which ever works best) and Under Antialiasing - Transparency set it at 4x Supersample.
