Any way to uninstall most recent update?

This most recent patch or update or whatever the hell it is broke my game, and I can't get into my old saves without it crashing. Apparently this has something to do with the CC. I have literally no use for this update as I didn't buy any of the overpriced new DLC. My game worked absolutely perfectly before and all this update did was break it. Does anyone know of a way I can revert my game back to the way it was before? I'd rather not go through and randomly delete my mods and CC as I can't tell what specifically is breaking it and I've become very accustomed to playing the game with all of it installed. This is about a year's worth of custom content that I've used in basically all my saves.
