Sims 4 Expansion Packs Not Showing In Game
Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with The Sims 4 expansion packs. It shows as “owned” in the EA App, and when I click on the world, the contents are not loading in-game.
I have already tried the following:
- Repairing the game
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the pack
- Clearing the EA App cache
- Removing my Mods folder
- Restarting the EA App and my computer
The issue persists, and the world does not appear or load properly.
Could you please check and resync my account entitlements for this pack?
