Anyone getting overlapping music in Sims 4?

When I go into my Library it has overlapping music and the library itself hangs and freezes. I have not to this day found how to stop this apart from a cold start with my computer. I have to manually...

All the time. I just accept it and let it happen. Sure, it's not that nice, but I haven't found a solution yet.
