My sim is getting no mail or pay rent interaction on his box, both greyed out. The inactive Sims in apartment block get mail. Has this happened to anyone else. Have no mods. Thanks
I reached Monday & rent due message & could make payment. Not sure why I didn't get it first Monday after moving in. Thanks for help

Have you never used mods or removed them ?
I used to use mods, but since I got city life I didn't put mods back in after updating patch. First time in an apartment started new game with newly created Sims. Has been like it since he moved in. He requested a postcard from a pen pal but nothing arrived. Abit worried he be kicked out of apartment from not paying rent.
Could you try moving the SIm out and back in via manage world ?
I have got postcard delivered just waiting on rent
Normally comes on Mondays.
