@crinrict I hope this helps, thank you!
@butterpie24 First thing I notice is your system is using all your page file. This is for virtual memory. If your going to run your system with duo monitors you need to increase the size of the page file. The Sims 4 does some post video processing in software so two frame buffers may be too much for this game - try disconnecting one monitor and see if that helps. I feel with two monitors you may need more free space on your system drive. I would recommend at least a 500Gb system device for a gaming rig. Prices are a lot lower now on ssds.
add: my guess is the game is running out of resources and wants you to try the legacy edition. Nice system but you have to get it set up right. The duo monitors are sucking the life out of resources. Increase the page file and free up some space on the system device (C). If you still have trouble try one monitor.

@roberta591 Thanks you, I just noticed that the guy that set up the pc made the disk with only 200Gb as the local disk, while there is an extra 1.8Tb harddrive being unused.. not sure why he did that when its a gaming setup. Would there be any way to fix this?

@crinrict there aren't any error messages, I click on 'play' it has a loading icon next to the mouse, the origin tab disappears like its about to load the game and then it reappears and nothing happens.

@butterpie24 There are too many things that happen on the system device (C). At this point if you are set on having a ssd as the system device right now would be the best time to get a larger device. I recommend at least 500Gb for the system device. The sooner you do this the less painful it will be. As free space becomes less and less (because Windows operating system bloats - that's what it does) you will have more and more issues. If you get a larger ssd you may be able to image the one you are using to the new larger drive. You can not image a ssd to a hard drive nor can you image a hard drive to a ssd. You have to use like technology. There are several programs that will do this. You could try a backup and restore method. I'm presently using a WD 1Tb black label hard drive and have no reason to upgrade right now. Maybe on my next gaming computer build. The processor is an AMD FX-6100 which I was going to upgrade to a FX-6300 but I haven't had any issues so far. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

He did that because it is the right way to do it.
The KINGSTON 240GB SSD is much faster than the 1.8TB standard hard drive, and you want the fastest drive in the system to be the system drive.
You don't need a bigger SSD, the 240GB drive is just fine.
What you should do is to store other games, Programs or other files that take much space at the 1.8TB HDD.
If you have the Sims installed to your SSD you can leave it there. There is enough space free on that drive.
It is not the source of your problem.
Did you reinstalled the game and is it still asking for the Legacy Edition?

@holger1405 I reinstalled the game and in the installation list it had the legacy edition. I cancelled the installation for that. Do I just copy the program files over to the hardrive?
