I have some packs for sims 4 downloaded on my computer but they are not showing in origin and I'm not sure how to start uploading them on there

If you start sims, and on the menu screen at the side, the expansions show up then you're fine.They don't really have their own files.You only really know they're there is because for each expansion pack, a symbol on the menu gets coloured in.
