My sims game won't let me close out of it. I can't create my sim because it won't let anything pop up. I tried taking my cc and mods and it won't let me restart delete or anything. Can someone help me ??

It seems like something with the tools for Create-A-Sim somehow have been impacted; you might want to attempt a repair on the game through Origin before attempting to re-include your mods.
Before you put your mods back in or start Sims 4 back up after a Repair by the way, see about removing the localthumbcache.package file located in the Sims 4 folder; that can help with the game not attempting to access previous mods that no longer exist in the Mods folder.

Thank you but I can't restart because I have to leave the game but I can't.
Are you unable to click the Escape Key within Sims 4? That usually brings up the menu.
If you can't restart, you will need to force-close the game.
If you're in Windows, it's CTRL-ALT-DELETE then select to Open Task Manager. You will need to right-click on Sims 4 in that list and select "End Task."
You will unfortunately lose any progress you made in Create-A-Sim; with the game not giving you an option to close it normally with a save option.
After the game is closed, then open Origin to Repair the game.
