Asking for help to remove pack from Library

Hello, I'm asking for help in removing the Lovestruck EP from my Sims 4 collection. I am one of quite a few people who are reporting the issue reported here https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-SAVES-Orange-Green-Exclamation-signs-over-lots-Houses/td-p/10533991 where lots in a save will begin to corrupt as I continue to build in my world.

If I allow the lovestruck ep to install alongside its corresponding world I will corrupt my save game of 7 years. I use the properties command, -disablepacks:EP16 but sometimes the properties reset and im not utilising the pack at all. Instead, I would much rather have the pack removed from my account. I dont mind if I do not get any refund I would much rather remove this as an inconvenience and risk to my game. Thank you.

  • @jarl44  You'll need to contact EA customer support; account issues can't be addressed on this forum.  I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue.  Live chat is also sometimes available when you're using the site without being signed in, and you choose the "continue without logging in" option.

@puzzlezaddict Thanks for the reply. Im having issues opening a case as this doesnt seem to be listed and I am also outside the refund period
  • @jarl44  Just choose whatever category allows you to start a live chat.  It doesn't matter so much once you have the support rep on the line, so to speak.

Sims 4 DLC isn't eligible for refunds anyway, so you wouldn't be able to go that route.  But if you tell the support rep you don't need your money back, they can help.
