    @crinrict Working now. Had removed the career mod for a work from home for athlete and was still not working. Closed game again, removed whole mods folder and made new one, reset computer and did a game repair and worked fine. Not sure which one of those was the lynchpin.

@SlayerboyM88 I tested this and had no issues but there could be multiple factors involved.

Is it just the penthouse lots or does it also happen in normal apartments or houses ? Also on different saves ?
