audio language on the sims 4

I've just downloaded the sims 4 in english version, 

I was shocked that the language unknown maybe Russian ??

I'm confused because ALMOST all of the words were written in english.

what should I do?

If there is any email to contact either EA team or the issuer

to know what is the problem just let me know ...

    Hi,

    Sims speak simlish. It's their own language and you don't have to understand what they're saying (although you will get the hang on it with time and understand some stuff)

    All the text you see should be english. You said almost all are. Do you have an example of a non-english word ?

    I'm new to the sims thats why I'm wondering what they are saying hahaha,
