When i click on backyard stuff to download it the screen for that pops up but when I click on the buy button it just goes back to the home screen of the app. And i have also tried going to steam and getting it from there but that does not work either.

it has been nothing but problems since I have downloaded the free backyard stuff pack
my game immediately crashes upon loading my game
@DerpDog114 if it's doing the useless "Download Error" for me I had that with For Rent, but reinstalling EA App itself to off of the main computer drive, which usually is C:\ worked for me and suddenly my whole Sims 4 was fine and For Rent was actually already installed even with it claiming not to be when EA App was on C:\
It does not give any messages or anything it just closes the screen
@DerpDog114 What country are you in, and do you have an underage account? (Don't tell me how old you are; just yes or no will be fine.) Can you redeem the pack here?

If it works, you should see Backyard Stuff in your EA App game library, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons. Let me know whether it appears, and if so, whether you can download it from there.
I wouldn't recommend redeeming the pack in Steam because that would mean you'd need to uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4 and reinstall the game through Steam.

i had to clear my cache in the app and then mine downloaded. I am currently having an issue of not being able to get my old dlc back, i stopped playing before ea took over and now it does not have any of my purchase information at all =\ and this is my only account i ever used for origin
