Bad textures, Bleeding textures for no apparent reason

@GENERALPERERA This dxdiag has all the relevant info. I don't know why the first one didn't, but it happens.
At any rate, most of the errors are from other apps that don't have anything to do with Sims 4. The one obviously problematic error is a serious crash of the graphics driver, so please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver. Here's how:
When you're testing Sims 4 again, please don't add back any mods or custom content. You can test a new save if you prefer, or don't save your progress in an existing save.
If the problem is still present, please post the first 40 or so lines of the Config.log file, inside Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. (You can stop when you get to Options.) Feel free to delete your user and computer names, about 20 lines down; the file doesn't contain any other personal information.
Please also look for relevant new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 play session, specifically after reinstalling the graphics driver. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
