    Looks like that particular file might no longer be compatible.
    Did you try just removing that one ?

I removed some files and now game starts again.

Why do some files banned me from game???

    Mods/cc get outdated with patches and need updating. Those files are probably just no longer working.

        On the page where you downloaded the things. There's usually comments from other users that will tell you if the things are still working.
