What happens when the bug occurs? Willow creek and Newcrest disappear and certain lots bug out.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened after i updated my sims.
Willow Creek & Newcrest Missing
So after the most recent update of feb 4 2020 My game is all sorts of messed up.
Willow creek and Newcrest are now gone, but my sims who lived there are still in my gallery.
I don't know if this is the update or bugs.
Messed up Lots
Also i opened a lot that i took 5 hours to build and it was entirely destroyed.
Wall Papers were changed
my garden was missing
the drive way was missing
and all of my floors and pools were replaces by big question marks.
I now only have two worlds available which are the Cats and Dogs world and the Get to work world. Which are the only packs I own.
