Only the toilet is fixed.
The shower seems to be caused by a baby.
Make sure you put the crib at least 10 tiles away from the shower/tub. Vertically is also affected.
Thank you for your response! There aren't any babies in the household, but I'm still having this problem.
Are you using mods ?
No, I'm not. I have a clean game. Just expansion and stuff packs.
