Do you not get a message saying MoveObjects cheat is ON when you press enter after entering the cheat in the cheat window?

Please try to repair the game. Rightclick the game in Origin and select Repair.
will repairing the game get rid of save files, mods, and cc ?? (im having a similar issue)
