Big red x'es on my Sims 4 Gallery downloads.

I am having an issue with using The Gallery part of Sims 4. This has been going on for about 2-3 months now. For some unknown reason to me (other-than it's got to be from Sims 4 or Origin patch updates) every one of my downloads in The Gallery that I have had downloaded for well over a year now have a big red X on them. When I click on each one a small box pops up telling me the file cannot be found. I haven't touched any of my Sims 4 files or folder because I do not want to make things worse. I just do not understand what is going on here. This is the PC Sims 4 which I play on Origin. Is there a patch fix for this problem, I have been searching all over for help with this. Any help from EA Support would be most appreciated. Thank you.

    Move your Tray folder to the desktop, start the game and download something from the Gallery to check if in the new Tray (your library) you will have the same error. Your old Tray folder may be bugged.

    Why is it that there seems to be no fix for the ongoing issue with the big red x'es on each download in The Gallery? I just want to make them go away so I can just start over with downloading new stuff in the Gallery. Why aren't the Maxis Sims 4 devs fixing this issue? This has been ongoing now for the past 2-3 months for me. I have tried every suggestion and nothing is working on my end which means this maybe has something to do with the game, Maxis. Please fix this bug or whatever it is. It prevents us from using the Gallery altogether. Please, please fix this terrible issue Origin, Maxis, and/or EA.
