Blank Map Issue

I have loaded into Glimmerbrook to find that the map is blank. No lots, unable to place anything ect. I have tried disabling mods, tried repairing the game through the EA app, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing has worked. Is there anyone who is able to help me fix this please? It lets me travel into the world by using the glimmerstone (from another world) and then going back through the portal to the normal map. Looked all online and that tells me to do all the steps I’ve already done. Any help would be appreciated :)
