Blank Map Issue

ShannenLeigh21​  Do you see two copies of Glimmerbrook on the Manage Worlds screen?  Did Glimmerbrook previously work in this save?  Does it work in a new save?  Please test and let me know.

Please also list the troubleshooting steps you've already tried so I don't make the same suggestions.

I only see one copy of Glimmerbrook on the Manage Worlds screen. Glimmerbrook doesn't work properly in this save, but it works fine in a new save. I tried reinstalling the pack and used the repair tool in the EA App. I also tried removing the "Mods," "Tray," and "localthumbcache.package" files from The Sims 4 folder, but nothing worked. Please help me resolve this issue.

moznaplakac​  Please remove the pack again, open your affected save with it missing, save your progress, and reinstall the pack.  This will remove all RoM-related data from the save, but it's the only simple way to fix the issue, and perhaps the only way—the more complicated method assumes that there's one intact version of the world as well as the broken one.
