Seems this is an old thread.
Try repairing the game through Origin
Already did that but it didnt fix it, just tried it again even took mods and everything out. It only does it for one sim i play with for some reason.
Did you try moving him out and back in ?
Did you ever get a fix? If you did, would be great to know.
