Black lines on the counters

Hello everyone, I need your help. For some time now I have been noticing strange black lines on kitchen surfaces (you can see them marked in the image attacched). I assume it is a problem with the graphic card. I am attaching the DxDiag file.

  • @GiardiniDiMarzo  Those just look like the seams between segments of the countertop.  Do you see this with all counters or just a few?  You'd probably have to use light swatches to be able to tell the difference.  If some counters are affected but not others, please let me know which ones.

There's nothing in your dxdiag that indicates an issue with the graphics card or its driver.  That's not definitive, of course, but if this is the only symptom you're seeing, the problem on the system end is likely minor if it exists at all.  Your dxdiag does list a number of Windows update-related errors, so you might want to run a couple of checks of your Windows system files just to be thorough.

    • Hit Windows key-X
    • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
    • Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
    • The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
    • After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
    • Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
    • Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
    • Post the message you receive here

Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates.  If any install, restart again afterwards.

Let me know about the other counters and also what graphics settings you're currently using, and I'll have a look in my game too.

@puzzlezaddict   I tried selecting a different color swatch and also a different type of counter, and the lines are still there, but they change based on how I turn the camera (as you can see from the pictures). I chose counters from Island Living and from Dream Home Decorator. My graphics settings are all set as high as possible except for lighting, which is on Medium to work around another graphics problem involving Nvidia cards (Outdoor-shadows-jumping-across-screen-ultra-high)
