Alright I have followed all your tips but it still doesn't seem to work, here's the result of the command prompt:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
Personal REG_SZ C:\Users\username\OneDrive\Documents
@beaniehead_sha You mentioned elsewhere that the game is working now, which is great. I do see that the Documents directory is in OneDrive, which can cause a variety of problems, although it doesn't always. If you'd like to get rid of OneDrive, or at least keep it from impacting your Sims 4 user files, this guide can help:
