Black sims, Objects, and Even Sidewalks When Zooming Out

Hi guys! So I have a problem with my game. It's been happening for almost a month now and has been getting on my nerves. Every time I'm zoomed out or start to zoom out, the image down below happens....

Your processor is below minimum specs.

What graphics settings are you playing on ? Have you tried turn on/off laptop mode ?

For the graphic settings you mean in the game, right? If so, here they are:

Graphic Quality: High

Sims: High

Objects: High

Lighting: High

Reflections: High

Visual Effects: High

Edge Smoothing: Low

3D Scene Resolution: High

View Distance: High

Uncompressed Sim Textures: Off

Post Processing Effects: On

Laptop Mode: Off

I haven't tried turning on the laptop mode.

      It worked for a bit, but appeared again.
