Black sims, Objects, and Even Sidewalks When Zooming Out

Hi guys! So I have a problem with my game. It's been happening for almost a month now and has been getting on my nerves. Every time I'm zoomed out or start to zoom out, the image down below happens....

    Try lowering them and see what results you get

Yes it has. I've had Windows 10 since January of this year. I put the graphic settings to Low-Medium and I think it's working now. When I changed it the first time it was just on medium so hopefully with it being at Low-Medium, it will work 🙂 Thank you for helping!

Glad that helped.

If you can, I would consider looking into something new. That computer is not really made for heavy gaming.
