Blank bubbles

Hello fellow people who I'm sure is better with computer than me. As you can see I'm an idiot but this problems is slightly too much for my very low intelligent.

I had pre-ordered The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs about a month before it was released but apparently once I received the notification and updated both the full version game and the expansion pack. I entered the game and every text and actions that's from the pack were just blank bubbles with no text and I'm not capable of using any items from the pack and every furniture was just called *DEBUG* and I can't understand anything (Adoption, interaction, career, breed, creating sims, notifications) because I had no idea what it was and it's just kept me annoyed since the first day. I'm not quite sure if it's because of the game itself or my silliness but other customer also complain about other bugs but everyone that ordered this game all got the normal action bubbles with text inside even some of the stray animals and sims don't have a name in mine
