Blumbob screen keeps going

Question

When I load up my Sims4 which takes forever in the first place but when i think it is loading because the Blumbob screen comes up BUT It just keeps rolling with the info that rolls along the bottom about the game........forever and the when you think it comes to the end, It starts with the "Adults can adopt babies" rolling across the screen again. All i have is a black colored screen with the Blumbob. and Sims doesnt load, HELP PLEASE. this is getting old.&nbsp;

@l8dyraven does your laptop/desktop pc meet the requirements to run the game? and also are you using mods/CC?

@l8dyraven&nbsp; Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.&nbsp; When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.&nbsp; Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can load a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If the game still gets stuck on the spinning plumbob, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
