blush glitch

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every expansion, game pack and stuff pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a sim with a darker skin tone and blush and have her get a tan. I used the second blush color of the four choices.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim has a very strange pixelated look to the blush. It's only during gameplay. When in CAS with tanned skin and without a tan during gameplay the blush is normal. I tested this with lighter skin tones and there was no problems.
What do you expect to see? The blush should look normal as it does with other skin tones and during CAS.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
