Bootcamp

I just got a macbook pro and sims4 for christmas and my dad got bootcamp installed for my laptop but for some reason sims4 wont allow me to play and keeps popping up sims 4 does not work with the video card or something like that. can someone please tell me what to do. I just want to play the game on bootcamp but if it doesnt work I am always open to trying parallels.

The game comes out for Mac in two weeks. Maybe just wait ?

What kind of video card do you have in your mac though ?

On a new computer ? That's a pretty old card. Not sure if it's supported
