Both 3 and 4 keeps crashing!

I don't know what to do! It makes the game completely unplayable. Not mods are installed.

    You can post here: https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/categories/technical-discussions-en to get help with the sims 3. There's lots of helpful people in that section
