bought game on ebay, invalid code

i bought TS3 LN expansion pack on ebay yesterday, and i keep getting an invalid code error. Everyone else who's purchased from the seller has be satified, so what's the problem this time? S O S Also why will the people from the live chat not respond or open my chats?

Are you getting an invalid code or code already in use error? Once a code is accepted as valid it is locked to the account in use at that time. Typically a second hand code is no good. You need to contact the seller about this issue.
